Vistara is preparing for a merger into Air India by mid-2025. The airline is addressing the concerns of its employees and passengers regarding the integration of services. Vistara CEO Vinod Kannan stated that the required regulatory clearances are expected by mid-2024, while the operational part of the merger could take until mid-next year to complete.
