Dipak Gupta has been appointed as the interim Managing Director and CEO of Kotak Mahindra Bank by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) following the resignation of Uday Kotak. Gupta's appointment is for a period of two months, during which the RBI is expected to decide on the full-time MD of the bank.
