India reports 145 new cases in 24 hours, active caseload dips to 1,946

India has reported 145 new Covid cases in 24 hours, while the active cases dipped to 1,946, according to the Union health ministry. The national Covid-19 recovery has increased to 98.81%, the ministry said.
