Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar officiates as Rajya Sabha chairman, winter session commences

Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar officiated as the chairman of the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday as the winter session of the Parliament commences. The winter session of Parliament which, started today, will continue till December 29. The session was delayed by a month due to the Gujarat election schedule.
