PM hails outgoing VP, says Rajya Sabha productivity rose by 70% during Naidu's tenure

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday hailed outgoing Vice President of India, M Venkaiah Naidu, for work done by him for the welfare of the youth of the country. The Prime Minister was delivering a farewell speech for Naidu. Talking about "one-liners" by Naidu, PM Modi said during his five-year term as the Vice President and the Rajya Sabha chairman, the "productivity of the House increased by 70 per cent".
