14 killed as floods, landslides wreak havoc in Assam: Key developments

Four persons, including two children, were reported dead after drowning in floodwaters in Cachar, Lakhimpur and Nagaon districts of Assam, thus raising the death toll due to floods and landslides to 14. Meanwhile, 7 people are still missing.
