Chinese PLA hands over missing Arunachal boy to Indian Army

Days after a 19-year-old youth was reportedly found missing in Arunachal Pradesh, was finally handed over to Indian Army by the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) on Thursday, Union minister Kiren Rijiju said.
