'Decision on resuming int'l flights possibly by year-end'

India will soon decide on resuming scheduled international flights, that remain suspended since last March. While there are chances the same may happen before end of this year, the worsening Covid situation in Europe has forced the Centre to rethink on the issue. Since last summer international flights operate under air bubbles that India has created with 31 countries.
