Schools, colleges in Bengal to reopen from November 15: Mamata Banerjee

Mamata Banerjee, after attending an administrative review meeting at Uttar Kanya in Siliguri, asked chief secretary HK Dwivedi to ensure proper cleaning and sanitisation of educational institutions before they reopen.
