Lok Sabha MP NK Premachandran appealed to Speaker Om Birla on Tuesday, asking him to protect the rights of the House and said the legislative process being carried out in the House has become a “fruitless exercise”. Premachandran also served a copy of the notice to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, Pralhad Joshi.
