'In the final stages of appointing resident grievance officer,' Twitter informs HC

Micro-blogging site Twitter on Saturday informed the Delhi high court that it is "in the final stages of appointing a resident grievance officer." The social networking site also added that the interim resident grievance officer withdrew his candidature on June 21.
